Im not interested to use the timeshares more like just getting the deed to property and selling it or renting it out to vacationers. But I dont know a thing about them...Tell me everything I need to know in owning one and pros & cons to timeshares. There pretty low from where I was looking at starting at 1,400 ocean front..

I'm not made of money and it will take me 1 or 2 years to save enough money for this Florida Key vacation, but I would like to spend 5 days in the sun...just once. I will be renting a car to drive there and then I will need to pay for room and food & drink and fun in the sun.
How can I get out of a Timeshare that I was misled (lied) into buying?
My wife & I purchase a timeshare 3 months ago and after reading through the 5 inch folder , the cost is not what they said it would be & the guidelines are not what we agreed too. It is too late to cancel (thats what they say) even the free gifts we had to pay a service fee.We have not used it & will not , not even the so-called free gifts. Please help, their CEO & President will not help us. Thank You
